Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Kota Ram Institute, we are committed to providing high-quality education and ensuring a seamless learning experience for our students. Our cancellation and refund policy has been designed to be fair and transparent, keeping in mind the best interests of our students.

1. Cancellation Policy:

  • Once a student enrolls in any of our courses, whether Pen Drive Courses, Tablet Courses, Live Online Classes, or Physical Classes, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our support team at [Support Email].
  • Cancellations will only be considered if requested within 48 hours of enrollment and before accessing any study material, live classes, or digital content.
  • Once course content has been accessed, downloaded, or a live session has been attended, cancellations will not be entertained.
  • In case of technical issues preventing access to the course, students are required to contact our support team for resolution before requesting cancellation.

2. Refund Policy:

  • If a cancellation request is approved within the 48-hour window, a refund will be processed after deducting an administrative fee of 10% of the course fee.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days through the original payment method.
  • No refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:
    • The student has accessed any course material, including Pen Drive or Tablet content.
    • A live online session has been attended.
    • Physical classes have commenced.
    • The request is made after 48 hours of enrollment.
  • If a technical issue prevents course access and is verified by our support team, a replacement or an alternative solution will be provided before considering a refund.
  • For courses delivered via Pen Drive or Tablet, returns and refunds will only be considered in case of physical damage during delivery. Any such claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with proof.

3. Course Transfer & Adjustments:

  • In case a student wishes to switch to another course of higher or equal value, they may request a course transfer within 7 days of enrollment, subject to approval and availability.
  • If the new course has a higher fee, the difference must be paid before access is granted.
